A garage conversion turns space you already have into a finished room — for family, guests, work, or rental use. Because a conversion touches structure, plumbing, and electrical, it helps to use one licensed team: we hold CA General B, C36 Plumbing, and C10 Electrical licenses under CSLB #1058605, with in-house engineers, architects, and designers.
Dedicated crews of 2–5 people build every conversion, using a process refined over 15 years, and the work is covered by our 1-year workmanship warranty for labor and contractor-supplied rough materials, per signed contract.
