A renowned teaching and public outreach institution, the Chabot Space and Science Center is situated in Oakland, California. Chabot offers a wide range of activities for guests of all ages and is home to the greatest collection of scientific displays on the West Coast, including three enormous domed planetariums and three observatories.
The Astronomy Gallery, The Exploration Room, The Observatory, The Loft, and the Telescope Viewing are the five main areas of the Space and Science Center. Each area provides engaging exhibits and practical exercises to make learning enjoyable.

Visitors can see astronomical objects with their own eyes by using the telescope viewing area. Visitors can observe faraway galaxies, comets, planets, stars, and other celestial objects using powerful telescopes.
